Im sad to have to inform all our members and dear friends that we have decided to close Citystompers for a while, 2010 - 2011 has been a long haul of sadness for Andrew and myself, loosing too many members and friends to illness's, including Andrew's mom who recently passes away and my mother who's health is in decline, It's hard to concentrate on running the club properly, membership has declined and dance instruction suffered which is unfair on our members.

We have decided to take a short break from instructing and we hope to start new classes in spring 2012, we wish to thank all our members and good friends for your support and hope you come back and see us when we start our new classes in 2012, we will be arranging regular social nights out and hope you all come along and stay in touch with us.

During the last ten years we managed to raise over £15000 for various charities so a big ,big, big thank you to our class members old and new for your generosity and support.

A big thanks goes to Tracey Carter who started the dance club over 25 years ago, Michael Gorman who has been with us from the start and who has been our biggest supporter and loyal friend and Joe & Mary St Dunstans owners for there kindness and support, we hope Joe who is poorly has a speedy recovery.

Thank you everyone for your friendship, support, kindness and the good laughs, hope you all stay in touch, and we hope to see you for our new classes very soon.
